This weekend was the first of the tree selling season......so we picked out a tree for the family that we are saving for you to help us cut down and decorate (it is the one behind your bothers)! Manny and Doug also picked out their tree and Luca not only cut it down, but put in to the net.......the first tree he has pulled through the netter by himself! Can't wait to share this with you in person!
Hannah's Support Crew
This is the place for Hannah's family and friends to keep her up to date with what is happening in Readfield, ME and beyond while she is on the other side of the Atlantic in Senegal!

SW Harbor - Readfield Version!
We decided to have an abbreviated version of the SW crew's fall gathering in Readfield.....missing the key ingredients of Ronn, Hannah, and Christine (though all were mentioned frequently and were in everybody's thoughts!). We still had lots of ridiculously good food, a tremendous soccer game under the lights, and the best friends on the planet. Plus, we were joined by Winnie and Alex.....yeah!!

A Tale of Two Brothers
So, it was a Thursday afternoon and Luca had his invitational race - the last one of the season. Tyler had the last regular season home game of his high school career - senior day! "No problem", says Dad....."I am sure I can see Luca start and do part of his race at least and then get to Tyler's senior thing." No problem, if Luca's race had not started late, if the soccer team had not switched the time they were giving flowers to the parent, if evil spirits had not conspired against me!! Luca's race ended up starting within 5 seconds of when Tyler was giving his roses to MOM!! Where was dad? Oh, just sprinting down to the soccer field and almost there, right by the ski hut - right as the gun went off for the start of Luca's race and right after they had called Tyler's name on the soccer field.......that is right, I managed to be almost exactly half way between the start of the race and the soccer field and managed to miss both events!! AAGH!!
