Common Ground Fair!!

Saturday, Sept. 25th

We are off to the Common Ground Fair. As you can see, we decided to do the ride/bike this year and it was the perfect decision! We drove to Unity College (almost no traffic!), parked, and then pedaled only 4 miles on back roads, past several farms, over an old logging road, and then right into the back gate of the fair. It was so cool not to have to sit in any traffic and the ride in was through a lifting fog over rolling terrain that was just beautiful.

When we got to fair, we got valet bicycle parking, got right to the head of the line with our MOFGA memberships, and zipped right into the fair!

The fair was packed and very hot for late September.......lower 80's. We had a great day, saw lots of people we knew, and spent most of our time at the maple syrup booths, in the orchard, and checking out fleece for Luca.
